DAMAGING WEST TO SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS averaging 60 to 70 km/h with peak gusts to around 100 km/h are possible over the Lower West, South West, and South Coastal this morning, with this risk spreading to the Albany Coast by early afternoon. DAMAGING WINDS are expected to ease over the Lower West and South West by early afternoon. Later in the afternoon the risk of DAMAGING WINDS should ease over the South Coastal and shift to the Esperance Coast, before finally easing in the late evening. Locations which may be affected include Albany, Bunbury, Busselton, Esperance, Mandurah, Margaret River and Perth. They are dangerous and should always be treated as live. * Assess your home, car and property for damage. * If damage has occurred take photos and contact your insurance company to organise permanent repairs. * If your home or property has significant damage, like a badly damaged roof or flooding, call the SES on 132 500.The next Severe Weather Warning will be issued by 11:00 am AWST Wednesday.Warnings are also available through TV and Radio broadcasts, the Bureau's website at www.bom.gov.au or call 1300 659 210. The Bureau and Department of Fire and Emergency Services would appreciate warnings being broadcast regularly.

Areas likely to be affected include parts of the Lower West and South East Coastal forecast districts.
