DAMAGING WEST TO SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS averaging 60 to 70 km/h with peak gusts to around 100 km/h are possible over the southern Central West, Lower West and South West early this morning, spreading to the coast west of Albany during the remainder of the morning. DAMAGING WINDS should then ease in these areas by early afternoon, before shifting to the Esperance Coast during the afternoon and finally easing later in the evening. Locations which may be affected include Bunbury, Busselton, Esperance, Mandurah, Margaret River and Perth.
