Also, Along theSt Louis and Ranch Creeks.* WHEN...Until early Sunday afternoon.* IMPACTS...At 3.0 feet, Water approaches buildings, floods yardsand begins to impact streets close to the river in Winter Park.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 11:00 AM MDT Friday the stage was 2.8 feet.- Bankfull stage is 3.0 feet.- Forecast...The river will oscillate below flood stage witha maximum value of 2.9 feet overnight.
