Boundary,Bonner, Kootenai, Shoshone, Benewah, Latah, Lewis and Nez Percecounties in Idaho.When: Beginning Sunday evening along the crest of the Cascades andmoving into eastern Washington and the Idaho Panhandle Mondaymorning.What: Moderate rainfall leading to rises on area creeks, streams,rivers and lakes. Monday morning rainfall could be locally heavy,especially across Idaho. There is low confidence of the potentialfor isolated rock or mud slides. The rain will largely be beneficialto the parched region.
