In southeast Kentucky, Bell and Knox.* WHEN...Until 200 PM EDT.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 1204 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due toshowers and thunderstorms. Minor flooding of small streamsand creeks, roads, and roadside culverts is ongoing orexpected to begin shortly in the advisory area.- Some locations that will experience flooding include...Williamsburg, Pineville, Kayjay, Wheeler, Hubbs, Myrick,Trosper, Avis, Ingram, Bryants Store, Birdseye, King, Goins,Flat Lick, Gausdale, Fourmile, Siler, Carpenter, Wallsend andWasioto.Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
