Damage is likely to mobilehomes, roofs, and outbuildings.Locations impacted include...Beattyville, Campton, Stillwater, West Liberty, Payton and Lewis.A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 PM EDT for southeasternand east central Kentucky.For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of abuilding.Intense thunderstorm lines can produce brief tornadoes and widespreadsignificant wind damage. Although a tornado is not immediatelylikely, it is best to move to an interior room on the lowest floor ofa building. These storms may cause serious injury and significantproperty damage.Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead toflash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
