For the Coastal Flood Watch, from Fridaymorning through Friday afternoon.* IMPACTS...For the Coastal Flood Watch, portions of BattleshipRoad and USS North Carolina Road are likely impassable. Indowntown Wilmington, much of Water Street from Orange Streetto Red Cross Street is flooded. The lowest portions of WaterStreet between Princess and Orange Streets are impassable.Portions of River Road and adjacent residential roads, southof River Road Park, may become impassable. Flooding ofresidential areas along River Road expands. Route 133 atLittle Mallory Creek is flooded and flooding begins at OldRiver Road. Flooding of US 421 Truck near Carolina Beach Roadworsens.
