In southwest Oklahoma, Caddo,Comanche and Cotton.* WHEN...Until 400 PM CDT.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 1158 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due tothunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to beginshortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain havefallen.- Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected overthe area.
