Flood Watch issued June 4 at 7:06PM CDT until June 5 at 7:00AM CDT by NWS Tulsa OK* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to bepossible.* WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,Crawford, Franklin and Sebastian and Oklahoma, including thefollowing counties, Choctaw, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore, McIntosh,Muskogee, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Pittsburg, Pushmataha and Sequoyah.* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT Wednesday.* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- Thunderstorms are expected to move into eastern Oklahoma thisevening and spread east and southward overnight. Locallyheavy rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected primarilyacross portions of eastern Oklahoma. Recent heavy rainfallwill allow any additional heavy rains to lead to rapid onsetflooding. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to beginshortly in the advisory area.- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expectedover the area.
