In northernOklahoma, Garfield and Noble.* WHEN...Until 1130 PM CDT.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 817 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due tothunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to beginshortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain hasfallen.- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expectedover the area.
