Flood Advisory issued June 3 at 6:45AM PDT until June 3 at 12:30PM PDT by NWS Spokane WA* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall isexpected.* WHERE...Portions of North Idaho, including the following counties,Benewah, Latah and Shoshone and Southeast Washington, includingthe following county, Whitman.* WHEN...Until 1230 PM PDT.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.Rapid rises to small streams and creek, including Paradise Creek.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 643 AM PDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gaugesindicated heavy rain. This will cause small stream flooding.Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen.- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.75 inches areexpected over the area.
