Trees ortree limbs could be blown down and scattered power outages mayresult. Isolated roof damage possible.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...High profile vehicles should be prepared forstrong cross winds on north to south routes such as US195 andUS95. Showers and thunderstorms may mix down stronger winds withisolated wind gusts up to 60 mph.Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for highprofile vehicles. Use extra caution.

Flood Advisory issued June 3 at 6:45AM PDT until June 3 at 12:30PM PDT by NWS Spokane WA* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall isexpected.* WHERE...Portions of North Idaho, including the following counties,Benewah, Latah and Shoshone and Southeast Washington, includingthe following county, Whitman.* WHEN...Until 1230 PM PDT.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.Rapid rises to small streams and creek, including Paradise Creek.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 643 AM PDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gaugesindicated heavy rain. This will cause small stream flooding.Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen.- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.75 inches areexpected over the area.
