Special Weather Statement issued June 9 at 5:01AM CDT by NWS La Crosse WI Areas of locally dense fog are affecting portions of south-central Minnesota and north-central Iowa early this morning. Visibilities of 1/2 to 1/4 mile have already been observed. Improvement in visibilities is expected within a few hours after sunrise. If traveling early this morning, reduce your speed and use low-beam headlights when encountering foggy areas.
