A Flood Watchhas been issued for western Kentucky, portions of SouthernIllinois, and portions of southeast Missouri where forecastrainfall ranges from 3 to 5 inches. Treelimbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for highprofile vehicles. Use extra caution.
