Water covers the promenade in theInner Harbor in multiple locations. At 3.0 feet, water beginsencroaching upon yards in the Bowleys Quarters area.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet abovenormal. The next high tide at Fort McHenry Baltimore is at 10:14AM and 11:20 PM.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed.
