River levels continue to risedue to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 101 PM CDT, Gauge reports indicate river flooding isoccurring along the Elkhorn River from upstream of Atkinsonto downstream of O'Neill.- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall isexpected.- Some locations that will experience flooding include...O'Neill, Atkinson and Emmet.Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flooddeaths occur in vehicles.Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or lawenforcement and request they pass this information to the NationalWeather Service when you can do so safely.
