Minor flooding is ongoingor expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.- Some locations that will experience flooding include...O'Neill, Atkinson, Stuart, Emmet, Dustin, Midway, Opportunityand Scottville.- http://www.weather.gov/safety/floodTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
