In Pennsylvania, Delaware, Philadelphia and LowerBucks.* WHEN...From 2 AM to 7 AM EDT Saturday.* IMPACTS...At this level, flooding begins on the mostvulnerable roads along tidal waterways. Some partial or fullroad closures are possible.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The high tide late tonight into earlySaturday morning is forecast to have the highest water levelsand greatest impacts with this stretch of coastal flooding, andhigh tide water levels will lower over the weekend however therecould still be some lingering minor tidal flooding.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed. Do not drive around barricades or through water ofunknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-proneproperty.
