Baudet Road southeast ofRichmond is threatened. Livestock operations near Thompsons areaffected and precautions should be taken to protect cattleincluding potential relocation in low-lying areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 9:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 65.4 feet.- Bankfull Stage is 40.0 feet- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stagelate this morning to a crest of 67.4 feet early Saturdayafternoon.
