Floodwaters are overWest Lake Road and Blackhawk Road in the Blackhawk Park area.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 3:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 16.8 feet.- Bankfull stage is 12.7 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stagethis evening to a crest of 17.1 feet just after midnighttonight.
