Roads in several areas may be closed, alongwith property damage in urban or low lying spots due to runoff.Landslides may also occur in areas with steep terrain.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- A kona low developing to our north will bring the potentialfor heavy rain and thunderstorms over portions of the statethrough at least Friday. The highest chance for excessiverainfall appears to be over Oahu and possibly parts of Mauicounty starting tonight, and persisting through Thursday. Thefocus for heavy rainfall then likely shifts toward Kauai onFriday.
