Roads in several areas may be closed, alongwith property damage in urban or low lying spots due to runoff.Landslides may also occur in areas with steep terrain.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- A kona low north to northwest of the state will bring thepotential for heavy rain and thunderstorms through at leastFriday. The highest chance for excessive rainfall appears tobe over Kauai and Oahu through Friday.
