In southeast Kentucky, Bell, Harlan,Knox and Leslie.* WHEN...Until 445 AM EDT.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 159 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rain due tothunderstorms fell earlier. Some minor flooding is likelyongoing along streams in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3inches of rain have fallen since early Wednesday morning.- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible tonightas additional showers and storms move into the area.
