In south central Kentucky, Butler and Edmonson.* WHEN...Until 430 AM CDT /530 AM EDT/.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may becomeimpassable.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 152 AM CDT /252 AM EDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavyrain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing orexpected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and4 inches of rain have fallen.- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expectedover the area.
