It's OK to be active outside by take more breaks and doless intense activities. Watch for symptoms such as coughing orshortness of breath. For people with asthma, follow your asthmaaction plan, if applicable, and keep quick relief medicine handy.Watch for symptoms and take action if needed. For people with heartdisease, symptoms such as a fast pulse or heartbeat, shortness ofbreath, or unusual weakness may indicate a health problem.
