Flood Advisory issued May 13 at 6:39AM CDT until May 13 at 9:45AM CDT by NWS Tulsa OK* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.* WHERE...A portion of northeast Oklahoma, including the followingcounties, Creek, Rogers and Tulsa.* WHEN...Until 945 AM CDT.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 638 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gaugesindicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding isongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Upto 0.5 inches of rain have fallen.- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected overthe area.
