Flooding may occurin poor drainage and urban areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- A Flood Watch has been issued for north east Alabama andsouthern middle Tennessee due to anticipated rainfall fromHelene as the tropical system moves inland. 3-4 inches ofrain are forecast for area in the Flood Watch with locallyhigher totals of 5-6 inches possible. The highest risk forFlash Flooding will be overnight Thursday into Fridaymorning. Terrain influences may lead to enhanced runoffincreasing the Flash Flood threat in valley locations.
