Expect earlymorning wind gusts to 55 mph to relax to 25 mph by noon for TheKern County Mountains. Elsewhere, gusts to 30 mph will slowlyrelax through the morning hours.* HUMIDITY...Minimum relative humidity values of 10 to 15 percentwith local areas as low as 5 percent during the late morninghours after poor overnight recoveries of only 20 to 40 percent.* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditionsare either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination ofstrong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures cancontribute to extreme fire behavior.
