Additionalheavy rain is developing south of the island, and could moveonshore within the next hour. Streams remain elevated withadditional showers likely. Rain was falling at a rate of 1 to 2.5inches per hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to beginshortly.HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.SOURCE...Radar.IMPACT...Flooding in drainages, streams, rivers, roads,properties, and other low-lying areas. Public roadclosures possible in some areas. Additionalheavy showers are located across Central and West Oahu. Rainwas falling at a rate of 1 to 2 inches per hour.
