Urban areasmay receive more significant flooding and property damage due torapid runoff.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- A band of moderate to heavy showers associated with a konalow northwest of the islands will slowly move over KauaiCounty. As this band slowly moves eastward through tonight,the threat for flash flooding for the islands of Niihau andKauai will persist.You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take actionshould Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
