Flash flooding is ongoing or expected tobegin shortly.HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.SOURCE...Radar.IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poordrainage and low-lying areas.Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...Peoria, East Peoria, Canton, Washington, Bartonville, Creve Coeur,West Peoria, Germantown Hills, Farmington, Bellevue, Rome, Toluca,Hanna City, Washburn, Trivoli, Avon, Fairview, Spring Bay, PeoriaInternational Airport and Kickapoo.Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
