Illinois River near Havana affecting Mason, Fulton and Cass Counties. .The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Illinois River at Henry. * WHEN...From Friday afternoon to early Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Water begins to affect the marina in Henry along with minor flooding of land adjacent to the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 22.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Friday afternoon to a crest of 23.3 feet early Saturday afternoon.
