Water will reach the base of the floodgatesat Carr Street at 35 feet, and at Poplar Street at 36.5 feet.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 11:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 25.5 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stagelate tonight to a crest of 32.6 feet early Thursdayafternoon.
