In northeast Iowa, Black Hawkand Bremer.* WHEN...Until 1115 PM CDT Tuesday.* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lyingand flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 1115 AM CDT, Emergency management reported continuedflooding in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring.Between 5 and 6 inches of rain have fallen.
