Salt Creek At Barnard affecting Lincoln County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Salt Creek at Barnard. * WHEN...Until late Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, The North 250th Road by the Salt Creek Bridge will have water over the road in the section about 1/2 block north of the bridge where the road bends. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 22.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 22.9 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage Saturday afternoon. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet. Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law enforcement and request they pass this information to the National Weather Service when you can do so safely.
