At 23.0 feet, Rural overflow begins around the community of Niles. At 24.0 feet, Low land flooding continues along the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 17.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 23.3 feet just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
