Flooding may occurin poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may beflooded.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- Slow moving showers and thunderstorms may rapidly developover portions of northwest Kansas an hour or two on eitherside of midnight MDT. Rainfall rates on the order of 1 to 2inches per hour are possible in association with anythunderstorms.
