Expect up to one foot of waterabove ground level in low lying, vulnerable areas. Some roadsand low lying property including parking lots, parks and lawnsnear the waterfront will experience shallow flooding. Breakingwaves of 4 to 5 ft will result in rough surf conditions and ahigh risk of rip currents.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Flooding is expected to continue throughTuesday.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed.
