Flooding of much of the City Dock parking lot isoccurring.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet abovenormal. The affected high tide at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academyis at 4:47 AM early Tuesday morning.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed.
