In Virginia,Westmoreland and Northumberland Counties.* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 2 AM EDT Saturday.* IMPACTS...Shallow flooding is expected in vulnerable locationsnear the waterfront and shoreline resulting in a low threat ofproperty damage. Expect up to one foot of water above groundlevel in low lying, vulnerable areas. Some roads and low lyingproperty including parking lots, parks and lawns near thewaterfront will experience shallow flooding.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed. Do not drive around barricades or through water ofunknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-proneproperty.
