Coastal Flood Advisory issued September 25 at 3:31PM EDT until September 26 at 9:00AM EDT by NWS Baltimore MD/Washington DC* WHAT...Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level inlow lying areas due to tidal flooding.* WHERE...Shoreline in Southeast Harford County.* WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT Thursday, especially around the time ofhigh tide.* IMPACTS...At 4.0 feet, water begins to go over the bulkhead atthe Havre de Grace Yacht Basin in multiple locations.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides two to two and a half feet abovenormal. The next high tide at Havre de Grace is at 5:07 PM and5:08 AM.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed. Do not drive around barricades or through water ofunknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-proneproperty.
