Water covers the promenade in theInner Harbor in multiple locations. At 3.0 feet, water beginsencroaching upon yards in the Bowleys Quarters area.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet abovenormal. The next high tide at Fort McHenry Baltimore is at 2:30AM and 2:24 PM.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed. Do not drive around barricades or through water ofunknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-proneproperty.
