At Cape Girardeau, the river will rise above flood stage tonight, and crest a half foot above flood stage early Friday. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Mississippi River at Cape Girardeau. * WHEN...From late tonight to late Saturday morning. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 31.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 32.5 feet Friday morning.
