A casino parking lot begins to flood along theIowa side of the river. In addition, Haworth Park located inBellevue begins to flood.At 27.0 feet, Freedom Park, Tom Hanafan Park and Fontenelle Forestbegin to flood.At 29.0 feet, At this level water nears the base of the CouncilBluffs levee. Significant lowland flooding occurs in NP DodgePark, Freedom Park, Tom Hanafan Park, Fontenelle Forest andHaworth Park.At 30.5 feet, Floodwaters are impacting Interstate 29/680 nearCrescent and northward to exit 71 near Loveland.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 12:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 20.6 feet...or 6.4feet below flood stage.- Bankfull stage is 27.0 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stageearly Tuesday morning to a crest of 31.8 feet early Fridaymorning.
