Flood Advisory issued July 12 at 4:55AM CDT until July 12 at 7:15AM CDT by NWS Norman OK * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of central Oklahoma, including the following counties, Canadian, Cleveland, Grady, Logan, McClain, Oklahoma and Pottawatomie. * WHEN...Until 715 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 455 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
