Overflowing poor drainage areas.Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or isimminent.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 1209 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due tothunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to beginshortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rainhas fallen.- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expectedover the area.
