Additional rainfallamounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flashflooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly, most likely in lowlying areas.HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.SOURCE...Trained spotters reported.IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poordrainage and low-lying areas.Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...Bethel Park, McMurray, Canonsburg, Gastonville, South ParkTownship, Jefferson Hills, Monessen, Clairton, Donora,Monongahela, Charleroi, West Newton, Bentleyville, New Eagle,Wickerham Manor-Fisher, Baidland, Elizabeth, North Charleroi,Lincoln and Lynnwood-Pricedale.Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
