Poor humidity recovery andbreezy conditions at times can be expected across these areastonight.Warmer and drier air spreads eastward on Thursday, withhumidities dropping into the teens across most of western intosouth central South Dakota. Southwesterly winds will increase inmost areas during the morning before turning northwesterly duringthe afternoon behind a cold front.
