Between 3 and 10 inches ofrain had fallen.- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall isexpected.- Some locations that will experience flooding include...Sioux Falls, Worthington, Luverne, Brandon, Hartford, Crooks,Adrian, Garretson, Wall Lake, Baltic, Valley Springs, Colton,Hills, Humboldt, Brewster, Ellsworth, Leota, Round Lake,Rushmore and Wilmont.- http://www.weather.gov/safety/floodTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
