Flood Warning issued June 23 at 8:23AM CDT until June 24 at 12:45PM CDT by NWS Sioux Falls SD* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.* WHERE...Portions of northwest Iowa, including the followingcounties, Clay, Dickinson, Lyon, O'Brien, Osceola and Sioux,southwest Minnesota, including the following county, Nobles, andsoutheast South Dakota, including the following counties, Lincoln,Turner and Union.* WHEN...Until 1245 PM CDT Monday.* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lyingand flood-prone locations is ongoing. Several structures areflooded and some sand bagging operations are continuing. Numerousroads remain closed due to flooding.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 820 AM CDT, Emergency management reported flooding isongoing from earlier heavy rain.
